How can I register with Ethnic Oyster.com?

You can become a part of EO family in few simple steps. You need to click on “Register” option on the top right corner and Just need to provide us with some of your basic information and your account will be created.

Forgot Password:

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

If you have forgotten your password or it does not work for some reason, please click on the link “Forgot Password” to generate a new password. If this new password doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Support.

Order Placement:

How do I place an order?

You may follow the following steps to place an order:

1) Go to the product page and select the desirable item (as fabric or as customizable).

2) Select the color of the product you wish to purchase and click on “Add to My Bag option” and then “Show My Cart” which will redirect you to the “Shopping Cart”.

3) Check the item and quantity that you have ordered and click to “Place Order”

4) Enter the shipping details and select a payment mode to proceed with the payment.

5) Click “Pay Now” and complete the payment.

6) On successful order placement the Order ID will be generated.

Payment Method:

How can I pay for my order at ethnicoyster.com?

We support the following payment options at ethnoyst.com:

1) Net Banking (HDFC Bank IFSC Code – Amount Transfer).

2) Deposit in Bank (Need to be deposited in our HDFC Current A/c)

Payment Failure :

What should I do if my payment fails?

If you are trying to make a payment to us and it fails due to some technical error then you need to send us a screen shot of the error page at info@ethnicoyster.com and our customer service department will get in touch with you.

Order Status:

How to track my order status?

Checking your order status is very easy. You need to log in to “My Account” section and click the “Orders Tab”. The order and item(s) status will be available there. How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

We deliver most of our orders across India within 7-10 days from the order date (depending on the item processing time). You will be able to check the processing time from the item page itself. We have mentioned “Time to Ship” for all our products uploaded on website.

Discount:

Are there any discounts you offer?

As far our belief we provide our products at very reasonable price and we are not in practice of offering discount on regular items. Our mission is to give our customers fresh fashion at genuine prices. At the same time, we also do come up with new offers and discounts on our site. So, do visit our site regularly.

Sizes and Specifications:

You can view the availability of sizes in the kurtis section on the product details page. The size chart will help you with dimensions of each size. This option will only come for stitched items. For stitched Salwar suits you can refer to the content given for the product. 

What will I do if any item delivered is not as per my size?

You can always return the product if the size you selected does not fit you properly if it is not a customized item. You can review our returns & exchange in Shopping Policy.

What can I do if the product is not available in my size?

If a product is not available in your size, we can customize a larger sized product (depending on availability) as per the measurements provided by you. But if you want a larger sized than the size available then you can always get in touch with us and we would try our best to help you with your requirement.

Delivery Partners:

How are the orders at Ethnicoyster.com get delivered?

All orders placed on ethnicoyster.com are dispatched through our leading courier service partners – such as Delhivery, Fedex, DTDC, Ecom Express etc. We also deliver through Speed Post to certain Pincodes.

Shipping Information:

Does Ethnicoyster.com deliver products outside India?

At present No, however our future plans are to deliver the products outside India also.

Does Ethnicoyster.com provides Cash On Delivery – COD Facility ?

At present No, however our future plans are to provide the COD Service.

What are your shipping charges for deliveries within India?

Shipping Charges depends on the quantity & location of all domestic orders.

Exchange and Returns:

Do you allow Exchanges? Do you take back your product if I do not like the product?

Yes, We do allow exchanges. As regards to item quality, we provide an adequate confidence to our customers that our products, process and services will satisfy given quality requirements. We believe in “Customer Satisfaction Is Our Satisfaction”. However, if you found any dispute / discrepancies in the product after receiving the same you can contact us, we will surely take back our product.
