Terms and Conditions
– Picture colour may vary at slight due to the screen monitor
– The final order will be placed ONLY after the CONFIRMATION is received
– Booked items will be put on HOLD only for 4 days. Thereafter your order will be cancelled
– Customers will have to pay the SHIPMENT & TAX CHARGES.
– Reservation is on the basis of first come-first served. RESERVATIONS will be cancelled after 3 days.
– A tentative duration will be provided to the client, it would take MINIMUM 7-10 DAYS for delivery.
– We will not compromise on QUALITY, hence, cooperation is appreciated
We are committed to delivering the ordered products to the right customers at the right time, so you can set aside all your apprehensions and avail our services without any reluctance.
We provide you with a well-established delivery mechanism that ensures that the products ordered reaches without any defect, damage or quality issues.
Customers need to pay for their purchases on the delivery of the ordered products within India.
We ship all orders by fastest possible air courier services like Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, Fedex, Speed Post etc and they deliver within 48-72 hours across Del/NCR and approximately 7-10 days in all Major cities of India.
Please note that all the products will be shipped from India.
Ethnic Oyster ships all parcels with fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. An in-transit risk is all ours. But Ethnic Oyster will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.
We will send you an email with tracking details of your order, as soon as the items are shipped from our end. You may also check the same on our order status page.
Address Change Requests
Once an order is placed, you’re not allowed to make any alterations. But as far as the address change request is concerned, it can be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement. You may send your alteration request to email@example.com and the needful will be done.
Shipping Time Frame
For each item, we have mentioned time to ship along with the item image. These are indicative & approx values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on the case to case basis depending on availability of the item and other factors. It is advisable to email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate. We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7 -10 business days of placing the order.
GST taxes are not in our control. Taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us. You’ll be charged as per the rules of your state government. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
Returns & Exchange
Ethnic Oyster.com makes sure that you say yes to only the best. Therefore, we have a convenient return policy to complete the entire online shopping experience. We accept order cancellations/returns on delivered items under certain unavoidable conditions.
Our returns facility
– Only if the items have a size issue, you shall inform us & exchange on the day your order is delivered.
– The return would only be accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery, otherwise, it won’t be accepted from our end.
– There is no cash back or refund policy
– Items sold in “SALE” are non-refundable/exchangeable.
– Items should be returned with bill and hand-tags.

Damaged Product –
– If when you receive your parcel you notice that it is damaged you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our Order Processing Center.
– If on opening your parcel you notice that items are damaged or missing, please inform us via email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
